CrossFit Classes: For all levels from beginner to advanced, this class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, workout, and cool down. Classes last one hour and are offered 6 days a week.

Open Gym: Open Gym allows for intermediate to advanced members to work on their skills, strength movements and workouts on their own.  A trainer is present to answer questions and offer recommendations.
