CrossFit Classes: For all levels from beginner to advanced, this class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, workout, and cool down. Classes last one hour and are offered 6 days a week. Monday thru Friday class times are 5:30am, 6:30am, 11am, Noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Saturday class time is 10am.

Open Gym: Open Gym allows for intermediate to advanced members to work on their skills, strength movements and workouts on their own.  A trainer is present to answer questions and offer recommendations. Open Gym is available Monday thru Friday 7:30am till 10:30am and Saturday from 9am till 10am.
