Julie Seibel

Julie grew up in Colorado and graduated with a Petroleum Engineering Degree from the Colorado School of Mines where she played soccer.  While growing up Julie enjoyed backpacking, skiing, snowboarding, rafting, mountaineering...pretty much any adventure she could get her hands on.  After graduating and spending 5 wks backpacking the Himalaya's Julie began her new adventure in Tulsa, OK.

Julie first found Crossfit in December of 2009 and it was love at first WOD!  Crossfit has opened the door for Julie to follow her lifelong dream of coaching children's fitness and promoting self-confidence.
