Josh Tietsort

Josh discovered CrossFit in the spring of 2008.  Since that time he has gradually incorporated it into his life and now finds it to be integral to maintaining a balanced lifestyle.  While he recognizes the physical results are indisputable, he values the mental and emotional effects CrossFit has produced as well.  He believes that a core principle found within CrossFit is that our bodies and minds must encounter new situations to grow and develop.  Just as a new WOD will challenge the routines our bodies develop, new ideas and perspectives will constantly challenge the patterns our minds has established.  Josh believes this process is integral to his becoming a better person in all life roles.
