Jeremy Bedell
Jeremy "Dubbs" Bedell was born and raised in Southeast Missouri excelling in soccer and basketball. Currently, he is the director of the kids ministry at Guts Church in Tulsa, OK. His favorite tv show is SportsCenter, favorite movie is Braveheart, and loves hip-hop music!
Crossfitting since June of 2008, Jeremy earned his first Kettlebell certification in September 2009 and will be achieving his Level 1 certification in March of 2010.
While he would consider his greatest CF achievement to date was setting the gym record (2115) in the "fish game" on the C2 rower, many would argue that his 5:30 "Karen" time is pretty hard to beat as well.
What does Dubbs love most about CrossFit? The team environment, variety of workouts, and daily butt-kicking, of course!
