Ashley Arnold
Ashley has an Associate’s Degree in Fashion and earned a B.A. in Public Relations from San Diego State University.
She currently sells residential real estate and works in the family business selling architectural products, but her passion is fitness and wellness.
Ashley is very active and competitive, and enjoys CrossFit, playing tennis, doing yoga, and running. She has competed in two marathons and two sprint triathlons, and is training for a 1/2 Ironman in June.
She holds a CrossFit Nutrition certification and will be getting Level I certified this March. She instructs the free CrossFit intro class on Wednesday nights at 6:00.
