Amber Hoyt
Amber grew up mainly in Oklahoma but has lived in several places, including Africa. She has worked in the medical field for the last ten years as an MRI/X-ray tech. She also works for a medical physics consulting firm and is the co-owner of Lunch Ladies.
In 2008, Amber was introduced to her first Crossfit workout by her brother and was instantly hooked. Two years later she obtained her Level One Certification as well as her Mobility and Movement Certification. Amber ran her first marathon last year and is always ready to try new sports. When she isn’t in the gym she enjoys playing with her dogs, Cowboy and Sweet Pea, and continuing her never-ending education.
