Ok everyone, here we go!  Tonight at 8pm CrossFit will be announcing Open WOD 13.1 of the 2013 CrossFit Games season!  Click on the red "Open" widget on the right side of this website tonight to find out what it is! 

Strength/Skill: Front Squat or Turkish Get-up

Row 500m
Run 400m
50 Double-unders

Great self defense class last Saturday- thank you Eric for coordinateing. Now I know how to shrimp!
