Oh my word.

I'm with Johnny.

Are classes 3 hours long now?

This one even looks painful on paper!
This one is going to require some mental toughness for sure... Good luck to all!

Ok. looks bad. Agree. what happened to the NO WHINING rule?
Even though my guts are crying already....

Whew!

54:46 scaled pull ups with blue band. I just have to say it, Im proud of Stephanie, Andrea and I for doing this one with just the blue band. At first glance we were going to scale the amount of pull-ups and pushups but we didn't and we did it. Way to go Evan, Ashley, Brad K, Lars and Michael. 5:30 did great. We came in and conquered this WOD even if it took the entire hour and then some. other classes need to bring it! And, prepare for your arms to be smoked!

63:03 blue band.

Thanks for the shout out Carey. What I love about Hero workouts is that they work your will as much as your body.

So glad for the warm weather. Bradpd and Jordan, 5:30 missed you this am:)

Thanks to Justin for reminding us why these Hero WODs exist. It is an honor participate in them. Thanks to all of our service men and women and their families for the FREEDOMs we enjoy. Including the freedom to drag our butts to the gym at 5:30 for some punishment!

45:07 Scaled with Blue/Green bands. This was tough!
My goal for next time is to only use the blue band like the other all-star girls! Way to go Carey, Stephanie and Andrea!!

Andrea,

Thanks for the shout out. I'll be in this evening to take this WOD on and I'll see all of you 5:30 folks tomorrow morning!

Great job to everyone who tackled this beast so far today.

59:17.... Rx'd - I had to take my shoes off for my final 20 pull ups, every bit helps!

dang - i can't make it today. The WOD looks SO fun and the weather is fantastic. This looks like Murph + 20%

I set a goal time in my mind of 53:00. I finished in 55:29 with the blue band.

Tore both hands on the last round of 25 pull ups, so moved to the rings for reverse pullups/upright row to finish it out. Coach Mark and Eric got me through that. Torn hands...a first...I'm officially christened! Awwww yeahhhh!! :)

Have to say 11 o'clock class rocked this one. Every athlete had a great attitude doing this wod. Cindy and Christy did a great job ,even when they were called for no rep. they finished out strong.
Eric was in the zone today he had to be ,tough wod for a big man. Knocked out the pull-up got every rep. never called for no rep.
Brett has got the best form doing push-ups I have ever seen. Great job Brett. New name Shoeless Brett Baker from now on when he does pull-ups. Proud of everyone doing this one.

RX 40:52.

Fun workout, really enjoyed it. Great 530 class. Thanks to Justin for his pre WOD talk and for letting me use his hand strap things for pullups.

Great WOD. 530 as always sets the pace for the day.
56.26 w green band.
Six months ago I could barely do five w a black band. Thanks CAREY for the shout out and thanks for brad k in sharing his last name w me.
