10:58 scaled DL to 83# and half of hspu with 1 ab mat

Big shout out to Stephanie- she did wall hspu today!! Way to go!

5:20 Scaled 125# with ab mat HSPU's

8:00 scaled DL to 85#. My goal today was to conquer my fear of wall hspu and not use the box and I did it. It was a huge surprise when I was able to do it. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Carey for your words of encouragement. Thank you also to Andrea and Romney who always provide encouragement and support to me as well.

Thank you Eric for being as happy for me as I was for myself.

Scaled to 85# DL as I didn't want to destroy my hammies for my training runs this week. Really focused on form for these, not speed, for optimal strength gain.
HSPU--two abmats. I had not done this WOD before. But it might be one of my favorites!
