*There will be no "open gym" today. Also, there will be no squat cages open today. 9am class helps set up the WOD, 10am class helps break it down.
9 and 10am WOD:
Part One: Score your heaviest successful deadlift completed, lifting one rep at 10 stations every 30sec.
Athlete will begin at the first of 10 pre-set barbells, and deadlift the starting weight within a 20 second timeframe. The athlete then has 10 seconds remaining to move to the next bar, which is heavier than the previous. Athletes continue moving to progressively heavier bars until they fail. Score is according to the heaviest successful weight lifted before failing. Dropping is permitted.
Then after everyone has completed the 10-station ladder, and in the same starting order, athletes will then,
Part Two: Work back down the ladder for reps, from heaviest weight to lightest.
Post max lift, total reps and overall total weight lifted to comments.
