31:21 scaled wb's using 8#, and back ext did super mans. Great job 5:30 crew, it felt like 4:30!

Attention Next Gen Members, Luila is in florida taking care of her grandmother so our fearless leader Eric is on his own this week. He has a goal of making the master division for the competition so it is important that we all support him as he does us- he needs time to train himself. I am going to start printing off competition WODS as well as score sheets and bring Thursday a.m. for judges. Eric will be posting the schedule on Thursday and it is up to competitors to sign up or schedule with a judge. In addition, I have offered to help Eric with car pools if needed and am going to try to get a dinner made for him one nigth this week. I am sure he would appreciate any help- food, scheduleing etc. He supports us to hit our goals so we need to reciprocate. Do whatever the spirit moves you to do but try to make it easy on him - i.e. don't email or text him asking what you can do. :)

Only did 15 burpees as my shoulders were still a little smoked from doing 13.1 twice last week. Other than that it was all rx'd

33:25 scaled knees to elbows to 30 reps to work on my form. Thank you Carey and Romney for cheering me on with those double unders. Good golly.
And I agree with Carey, it did feel like 4:30.
