Attempted snatches with 53# through rep 7, then had to switch to 45# bar after "Isabel" got into my head. Finished in 5:21 then did another 5 reps with original weight. Darn Isabel...I'll get her back for that someday!

Did this at home. Unfortunately I had a timer malfunction but it was fun using an axle and busting up my concrete (it needs it).
