Great job on getting the 24" Box Jumps this morning Steph, Carey and Andrea

Todays Wod scaled everything- chest to bar used a band, dips used a band, KB did 35# and Dubs did 25. Goal was to get each round done fast and it burned my heart!

Justin- way to go on the agility drill this morning. Romney and Molly you rocked it but wait... Andrea was faking us all out and brought it when it was time to time the jumps! Way to go girls, always a fun time at 5:30.

Gotta love that Justin A who ALWAYS pushes me. He's like the male version of Jillian Michaels. I don't know my round times since JA decided I needed to do the 55# KB after Rd 1 instead of 44#. I did complete the 4 rounds in 20:50 total time. Scaled with orange and red bands and 25 DUBS.
Carey and Andrea - great job on conquering our fear of the 24# box. Romney and Molly - you are like jack rabbits.

Awesome job, ladies of the early morn! Most fun I've had in a while watching you all roll eyes, whine, swear disgustedly, and... conquer fears and former PR's. Way to go!

Completed my official 13.1 WOD with Coach Mark today.
100 reps even.
I had nearly five minutes to get the 75# snatch--but it was a no go. Considering my 1 rep max is 63#, I gave this all I had hoping to get 2 and at the very least 1. Got the bar to my chin but that was it.
I also want to say that todays burpees felt so much better and took a lot less effort after Eric showed me a technique that helps conserve energy, by opening my stance on the recover. Made a HUGE difference.
I've been doing CrossFit less than six months and this is a great learning experience for me to be doing this competition. Also, today one of my very best friends went to one of her oncology appointments for her regular check up, she beat cancer several years ago. Today, I thought about her with every rep. Very thankful to have my health and the ability to do what I do here at Next Gen.
Good luck to all competitors tomorrow!! GET SOME!
