With a continuously running clock do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute…… continuing as long as you are able. Post rounds and reps completed to comments.

Wow! The 4pm class is no joke. Had a great time getting my butt kicked by the ladies this afternoon...
Muscle up practice, did 15 muscle ups today - 4 sets of 3 unbroken and 45 dips

WOD 12 rounds rx'd, then 13-16 push ups, and 17-20 sit ups. (We only did 20 rounds) Split jerks 3x4 at 88 lbs.

WOD: 10rds rx'd then push-ups on 11-20
MU Practice: Max reps - 11 then 3 on the minute every minute for 6 minutes
Justin did awesome on MU's and got 9 in a row today! Nice job and thanks for the coaching.
