I am naming this WOD Row, Row, Row your butt.

10:51/8:11/5:25/2:25

Looked up past times and was excited about improvements. In life a few seconds go by without anyone noticing. In crossfit they show progress and can be the difference in first and last place. Previous times: 11:58/Not recorded/5:37/2:39. Also when I started crossfit my 500 was 3:12 and my form was atrocious according to some next gen trainers.

Nice jerk Brad D!

Thanks Carey! Great job on your rowing improvements.

Is anyone else thinking what I'm thinking?!….A CrossFit tribute to the Harlem shake!

BOOM!

J-Bunn HOOK IT UP!!!

Haha Tim! Great idea!

7:19/5:32/3:39/1:42

Still hanging in the ropes...Thanks Jeremy for giving me great motivation and finding something in a 45yo body i didn't know existed....
