Strength/Skill:

Overhead Squats, 3x3 @ 85%
Parallette pass-throughs 

WOD: "Gwen"

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.  Post loads to comments.

Alright!! I saw this on .com last week and it looked awesome! Very creative workout, I'm excited. Everyone pick a tough weight and challenge yourself! For inspiration, go to crossfit.com and look at Sarah Hopping's video from last Tuesday. She did 145#, and it was amazing.

"Fun" WOD :). I feel like I have Popeye forearms!

I mistakenly wrote 63# on the board, but my load was actually 53#. Thank you Carey for sharing your bar. Great job 5:30!!

Paralettes were awesome. Happy Tuesday!

I wasn't able to do today's WOD (cast on left foot). So, I did:

"Death by Pull-ups"
I made it to 9 reps into the 12th minute for a total of 75 pull-ups. Was able to do 13 strict before kipping (3rd rep in 5th minute).

So I challenged myself a tad too much. Will have to try this one again after a couple days. 165...Fail at 11 reps. 155....Fail at 10 reps. 145...Fail at 13 reps.

Thanks Carey! I took the day off, so Jacob is representing tonight :) Wish I could get up early to get a work out with you...I hear your inspiration is great as well!
