Strength/Skill: Bench Press or Ring pushup practice
WOD: "Fourth Down" (from CrossFit Football)
Complete four rounds of one minute at each station. Rest one minute between rounds.
Push Press - 155 lbs
Box Jump - 20 inch box
Clean Pull - 155 lbs
10 yard Bear Crawl
*Spend one minute at each of the four stations, resulting in a four-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for four rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of 'rotate,' the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep completed.
