WOD: 

Three rounds for time of:
30 Kettlebell swings, 55/35
25 Wall ball shots, 20/14
20 Box Jumps, 20"/16"

Dubbs gets his first bar muscle-up!

didn't realize until after the workout that it was 20 box jumps and not 30. Oh well, I guess that doing 30 extra box jumps never hurt anyone.

Also got 4 consecutive muscle-ups in this morning, super pumped about that one!
