Deadlift, 3x5 @ 75%
Tire flip or Atlas Stone practice 

WOD:

Perform the following tests:

L-sit for time.
Handstand walk for distance (mod: timed handstand hold)
Weighted pull-up for load (mod: max pullups)
Snatch-grip Deadlift, 1 rep for load.

Post time, distance and loads to comments.

I took this picture!! :) Lots of love, lots of love. I think justin was also saying A$$ to the grass!

I'm positive he was saying A$$ to the grass. He has a lot of patience to deal with me on those ugly squats. They are getting better though.

Interesting workout today, I actually tried a no band kipping pull up (at Eric's encouragement), I think I made it, maybe 3/4 of the way.

L-Sit - a whopping :19 seconds
HSPU Hold - :44
Weighted Pull up - 70lbs
Snatch Grip DL - stopped at 225
