Handstand walk for distance (mod: timed handstand hold)
Weighted pull-up for load (mod: max pullups)

I'm positive he was saying A$$ to the grass. He has a lot of patience to deal with me on those ugly squats. They are getting better though.
Interesting workout today, I actually tried a no band kipping pull up (at Eric's encouragement), I think I made it, maybe 3/4 of the way.
