50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups
Only one person may be working at a time.  Post time to comments.

Thank you Brad K for being okay with being on a co-ed team and especially getting me through the pullups. I got a little too ambitious deciding to use my new band. But as you said, "It's not about being the fastest but both of us getting a workout and getting stronger" And in my books, we did. Great job!!
