Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters

Don't know why the 800 was slower than the rest but it felt just as rough.

Did this one at home...the weather was unbelievable!

Total time with rests = 26:07! I am pretty happy with that! I do want to beat an 8 minute mile this year.
