LOVE Saturday workouts. so many people, so much energy, and it's nice to see the 5:30am crew at a more respectable hour.

500 row
175 sled pull
175 farmers walk
5 rounds

will modify into
1000 row
400 sled pull (120/70)
400 farm walk(55/35)
3 rounds for time
if anyone wants to try let me now how to improve
