With a continuously running clock:

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Run 1 mile
Max rep DB-to-abmat pushups (40's/25's) with remainder of time.

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Run 1 mile
Max rep DB Rows (40's/25's) with remainder of time

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Run 1 mile
Max rep DB Jerks (40's/25's) with remainder of time

Post total reps to comments.
