28:39 but had to wait about 2 minutes for the GHD. Modified with green band pull ups and blue band dips. Not a great performance...I am slower than snot on box jumps! Fun class.

25:54. We need to get a bigger gym so I'm not stuck with the 25# medicine ball and doing ring dips. Made for a heck of a workout though! Great job 6 pm!
