Hello everyone!  Want to be coached to becoming your BEST?  We are starting a new round of Beginners classes tonight at 7pm (please show up at 6:45pm).  
Beginners classes run for two weeks, every Mon, Tues and Thursday nights at 7pm and are included in your first month's membership.  Come join us at NextGen!

Strength/Skill:

Press, 3x1 @ 90%
Handstand Pushup/Handstand walk 

WOD:

Run 400m
40 Box jumps (20"/16") 
40 Wallballs
40 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
Run 400m
30 Pullups
30 Situps
30 Kettlebell/Abmat Pushups
Run 400m
20 Dips
20 Bootstraps
GHD Back Extensions

Great job 5:30 class! Fun to see all the new handstand-walkers- Jordan, Brad, Carey, and Romney!

23:15 mod. (Box dips)

Wod: 23:40 Rx'd. This kicked my butt

28:39 but had to wait about 2 minutes for the GHD. Modified with green band pull ups and blue band dips. Not a great performance...I am slower than snot on box jumps! Fun class.

25:54. We need to get a bigger gym so I'm not stuck with the 25# medicine ball and doing ring dips. Made for a heck of a workout though! Great job 6 pm!

Wall balls and KB's really slow me down. I seem to be doing more rx these days. Maybe I am getting better. Still hard to do.
