Beginners classes run for two weeks, every Mon, Tues and Thursday at 7pm and are included in your first month's membership fee.  Join us, and begin an exciting new chapter in your life!

8:05 scaled cleans 63# but did hspu rx'd which I was super excited about! Great job Stephanie on your cleans and brad k hope your head heals!

Justin, That time is sick. My time = less sick 9:04 Scaled to 165 lbs. RX HSPU to the floor (resulting in carpet burn on my bald dome.) Way to go Carey on the HSPUs!!

5:29 scaled. For some reason when i saw cleans I got it in my head that it was hang clean. It wasn't until the third round Amber called out to me "..all the way to the ground!" POWER cleans. Coulda gone heavier. :( Shoulda coulda woulda.

5:57 24" box hspu with one Ankara on box. Oh yeah...then there was the whole tabata squat thing...yeah...my thighs are happy.

6 somethin on my time, thx to Eric I did 83# which was good for me, fun workout... except for the tabata squats..lol
