Continuing on until final round of,11 reps - 22 reps - 33 reps - 44 reps

Big 11 am class. Hard workout and everyone did great. Stacy hit a gym record on the overhead squats.

That song is awesome! But I do reserve it for special occasions, it's that good :)
I forgot my time, I think 32:52 scaled to 135# for 10 reps each found, trying to limit reps on my knee.
