20:02 scaled dips with skinny black band for first 60 then blue band for last 40. Wowza! my chest and shoulders are smoked. Great job 5:30- Happy Friday!!

21:46 scaled dips with orange band and then blue band. Thanks Carey for being my partner in crime for doing this workout in a different order. I would not have made the last 20 dips without you. Romney - thanks for tag teaming on the front squat.
