Hey everyone! Join us for a new round of Beginners classes next Monday night at 7pm!
Beginners classes run for two weeks, every Mon, Tues and Thursday at 7pm and are included in your first month's membership fee. Join us, and begin an exciting new chapter in your life!

50 Power snatch (115/75)
10 Deficit-Pushups penalty on the minute
Post time to comments. Pushups can be "kettlebell-to-abmat" or "hands-on-bumpers"
Happy (but sad as well) for Adam, Monica and (always moving) baby Ella, as they will be be moving on to Oklahoma City this month. Tonight's 5 and 6pm class will be Adam's last time officially coaching for NextGen, so please make it a point to come in and say goodbye!

6:40 scaled at 43# great job 5:30 crew. Thanks for the snatch training wildcat, I heard your tips just did not practice them.

A sad 11:10 scaled to 43#. Push ups are getting unbelievably tough, and I spent way too much time trying to lug this torso around. Worth it though :)
