Beginners classes run for two weeks, every Mon, Tues and Thursday at 7pm and are included in your first month's membership fee. Join us, and begin an exciting new chapter in your life!

10 Deficit-Pushups penalty on the minute

Happy (but sad as well) for Adam, Monica and (always moving) baby Ella, as they will be be moving on to Oklahoma City this month. Tonight's 5 and 6pm class will be Adam's last time officially coaching for NextGen, so please make it a point to come in and say goodbye!
