7 rounds as rx'd, and I was glad to get that many. I felt really sluggish this morning...I think the running WOD yesterday took more out of me than I expected. Great job 5:30 am class!
Also, very cool video. If Next Gen (with or without other local gyms) ever decided to do something like this, I would suggest doing something local...like Habitat for Humanity or something. Just my 2 cents...

Went ahead and finished out 10 rounds to do a complete "rooster" workout at 12:23
