Dead lift 1RM: 263 :-(
1 mile run: 8:18 :-(

Lots to work on for 2013!

Can someone clarify the turnaround point for the one mile run? My understanding is it is the big rock closest to the "HOSS" sign.

Marcy, by my understanding you are correct.

Dead lift: 365 lbs PR
Mile run: 8:36 but I think I ran to the wrong rock. I know I can run under an 8 min mile.

Got up to 385 pounds on my deadlifts. My PR is 400.

Glad to hear that everybody broke their record.

435 deadlift (pr), 13:16 mile. Yeah, gotta work on that mile time.
