Strength/Skill: Front Squat, find new 1RM.  Post to your record book. 

WOD: "Nicole"

Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.  Note number of pull-ups completed for each round.

Nick's "high-bar" Back Squat / Eric's "low-bar" Back Squat.  Both safe, both effective, just so long as the bar is in alignment with midline and centered over your feet.

High bar or low bar, it does not matter. Squat early, squat often, squat deep, JUST SQUAT!

OMG John Bunn your score is amazing!! Jordan also kicked it this morning. ashamed to post mine but here goes: 58 scaled using skinny black band that was a xmas present from Brett- kinda like doing strict pullups. 5 rounds plus one more run because there was 40 seconds left on the clock and I didn't want to be caught sandbagging!

I had to do yesterday's and today's WODs at home today.

1000m row: 4:03

Nicole modified with push-ups:
85 push-ups, 5 full rounds plus about 200m run.

275# front squat

Nicole: 30-18-15-15-12=90 total

My front squat a measly 225
93 reps for ol Nicole

So I found my new goal for Crossfit! Nicole may be my worst workout!! I can do it Rx'd but only got 39 reps!! That's OK. Easily beatable, so my new goal is stringing 15 pullups in a row. And building my strength and endurance back up to pre baby:) good job today all! Especially Cari, she killed it!!

195 (new PR) and 62 for Nicole. Great job 6 pm!

137 Rx'd....in 7 rds. Good thing Cory got side stitches on rd 5 or we would have had to go to 4 digits to count all his reps
