Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Note number of pull-ups completed for each round.
Nick's "high-bar" Back Squat / Eric's "low-bar" Back Squat. Both safe, both effective, just so long as the bar is in alignment with midline and centered over your feet.
