9:15 scaled 43# and purple band pull-ups. Pull-ups really slowed me down this morning.

For the athletes from last weekend's competition:

I picked up a black watch that was left sitting next to my bag when I was gathering everything to leave at the end of the day on Saturday. No one elses's stuff was around, so I grabbed it just in case it was one of our athlete's. So... if one of you is missing a men's watch, color black, let me know!

Great WOD today and I think my snatch skill has come along nicely. 53# for 3 x 3

6:44. Scaled to 53# then went to the 33# bar for Overhead Squats. Used blue band for pull ups.

Erika - I think the watch is mine. Is it a G-Shock?

Yes, Drew... It sure is! Hooray! I'll bring it up to the gym ASAP. Justin has your #, so one of us will let you know when it's there (and where it is).

5:51 used 105# then for fun (not) did tabada thrusters , thx amber (not)

So impressed with you guys in the competition!!! Wish I could've been there. That takes guts to do these awful WODs in front of spectators!! :)
