aMRaP in 20 min:

5 Deadlifts (115/75)
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Back Squats

7 rounds + 18 reps, this workout was tough one but a good one. Us girls(tigers as Eric called us) at 5:30 were on our A game today.

Exactly Brett. It can happen in an instant.

I've seen that happen more than a few times in my life. The worst was when a guy training next to me was doing an Incline Bench Press and his grip slipped and 185lb barbell came down on the guys nose.

I always get nervous when I see some of you guys ignore instruction and use the thumbless grip on thrusters, presses, jerks, etc.

Play it safe - wrap your thumb around the bar unless you're doing a back squat.

WOD: 10 plus 10 rx'd
I actually kicked up to the wall (assisted) and held a handstand (unassisted) for 3-5seconds. Sometimes it's the little things.
As I stit here at my daughters basketball practice on hard bleachers for and hour and a half I am wondering how I am going to walk to the car. Call that a great 2 days at Next Gen!!!
