11:42 rx'd first time to do Annie! Could not have done it last year because I had not mastered the DU'S, still have not mastered but can string a few together. Looking forward to doing this again in a year to see how I progress. great job 5:30 crew!

If anyone knows anything about getting an excruciating headache right when you start working out i'd love any tips you may have

Hey Chase, I think it might be worth checking it out with your doc. One guy that used to work out with us would get headaches and his doc found a problem. Better safe than sorry.
