5 Strict (no kip) Toes-to-Bar
10 Wallballs, (20/14)
15 Kettlebell swings, (55/35)
Post rounds and any extra reps completed to comments.
Awesome time this weekend at the "Fittest in OK" CrossFit competition in OKC! We earned some great competition experience, learned some hard but valuble lessons, have some great stories and brought home two gold medals!
