10 Wallballs, (20/14)
15 Kettlebell swings, (55/35)

Awesome time this weekend at the "Fittest in OK" CrossFit competition in OKC! We earned some great competition experience, learned some hard but valuble lessons, have some great stories and brought home two gold medals!

I am having Crossfit withdrawal!! My hubby had his radioactive iodine but still can't hold the baby so difficult to be free to come in!!! Today I did Rowing Annie in 15:17. See you all soon!!
