WOD as rx'd: 26:21, it wasn't pretty, but then neither is prison! Great job 5:30 and 6:30 am classes! Way to gut it out, Zach Bunn...way to be a great brother and laugh at Zach, Johnny B! ;-)

Doing this by yourself stinks. Eric said I was beating my head on the prison wall, i was facing wrong way. Well if your going to do this many burpees you might as well beat your head against something.
