Gym is closed due to "Fittest in OK" competition in Oklahoma City. Please come and cheer on your favorite buddies from Next Gen as many of them will be competing for their first time!

I want to wish all the NGCF athletes the best of luck at the competition this weekend! I so wish I could be there, but both my boys have basketball games tomorrow and its homecoming weekend. God bless you all, work hard and have fun! I am already proud of you all!

Good Luck to all Next Gen Competitors!!!! Can't wait to hear about all the victories and see all the pics of the warriors in action. I am proud to post that I ran in the Go Short, Go Long, Go Very Long 10K with a finish time of 56:08 finishing 4th in my age group setting a new PR improving by 8mins from last year. CrossFit and Paleo all day long..strong.
