Not a PR but I really worked form and it felt good.

1000m Row: 3:40 w/ Damper 5/6

Had a lot of good energy this morning! Great job everyone.

Running 3 miles tonight before the NC!

Snatch 53# felt incredibly hard this morning. I need to get back on track! :)

5:18 1000M row- you know you have room to improve when your trainer starts to laugh when you announce your time.

Happy Monday and 1st day of the Paleo Purge lord knows I need it! :)

I was laughing because I thought your sheepish smirk indicated you knew you had been caught sandbagging!

Everyone should watch this video today before going in to row: http://journal.crossfit.com/2013/01/shanefarmerrow.tpl

Justin you just made me LOL! My PR in September of 2012 1000M row was 5:48 so there is progress by 30 seconds thanks to your tips. Ill add to my 2013 fitness goals to row 1000M in less than 5 minutes...keeping in mind i only have 60 inches of height to work with- I was built to be at the head of the boat yelling PULL - not in the middle rowing.

Snatch 205 ties pr

1000m row 3:22.6

Did this one at home - 4:18

Also 3 rounds of
10 burpees

1st day back in a while..83 lb..new pr, 4:36 1000 row. I want to think my last time I did 1000 was over 5 minutes. It's good to be back.

Row: 4:55
Snatch: 53# could have gone higher, but I tried to increase weight too quickly. Failed 63# several times.

83# snatch and 4:41 apprx for row

anything with a rowing machine makes my day!!
