14:56 scaled. This workout was tough. Really wanted to do power cleans instead of squat cleans. Great job Hubbs, Romney and Adam at 5:30 a.m.

ouch. hard to sit upright in office chair after total lower back muscle mutiny on this one...17:21 rx/d including a minute or two laying on the ground writhing in agony.
