A year and a galf ago this was My very first CrossFit wod! Only one person showed up plus me and josh was the trainer- he let me do another wod thankfully. Ill be anxious to see how this one is scalable. :-)

Back squat, increased 1RM from 165# to 185#!
WOD = 11:57, scaled using blue band on rings (under bottom). Thanks Justin, this method of scaling really helped me.

Back Squat 83# - this was my PR from about a month ago.
Wod- 15 minutes and some change. Had to stop at 6:30 so I just got through 20- semi strict pull ups and banded dips using one section of blue band. Thanks Justin for your help on back squats

17:14 modified to 90 pull-ups (strict with green band) and bar dips (with green band). Fun class at 6:30!
With his helmet on, Manziel (A&Ms QB) looks like he could be Eric's little brother. In my opinion.
