Attention:  This Saturday, January 26th, NextGen CrossFit will be closed for the two-day "Fittest in OK" competition in Oklahoma City.  We apologize for any inconvienience and hope that many of you come to support our competing athletes!

Strength/Skill (choose one):

Deadlift, find new 1RM

WOD:

100 Dumbbell Thrusters (40's/25's) for time.
* Each minute, on the minute, stop and do 3 burpees.
