7:24 RX'd. Not THAT'S how you start off a Friday! Great job 5:30!

9:28 53#, blue band. This time is 50 seconds slower than July but trying to focus on the fact I went from a black band to a blue band.

5:30 am did GREAT!!

7:50 43# and skinny black band. This was 48 seconds slower than my time in July but it was a move down from blue band to my little black one- Stephanie we must have been on the same pacing. I am dissapointed that could not match or beat my last time and looking forward to when I get the chance for a do over. I would try again this afternoon but Fran is not something you do twice in one day. LOL this last sentence could be taken totally out of context if you did not crossfit. Happy Friday and great job 5:30- wish I could have stuck around for 6:30 I bet you guys were killing it!
