When I first met Leah, she simply said; "My goal is to one day compete in a CrossFit competition."

Fast forward three months: Leah fighing her way through the fifth workout, alongside a sea of fierce competitors.  

Leah = Fearless.  I'm a big fan.

Wow! First time trying bar muscle-ups...
took me a few tries but I got them down pretty good

The workout for me today was all about the muscle-ups. Just trying to figure out the best form for them. I am pretty sure they are easier than a regular ring muscle-up, but not certain. Looking forward to hearing everyone else's opinion!

12:38 scaled 48# snatches. Great job 6:30 and thanks for cheering me on with my cleans, went up 7#'s from my PR to 75#. Happy Friday!!

great WOD..finally catching my breath...
started Xfit four months ago to improve running stamina and have shaved >40 sec of my average mile pace...
Now, for the muscle ups...they are like unicorns for me...
