Strength/Skill: Lunges, 3x10 (heavy, strict)

WOD:

For time:

50 Double unders
then,
100 Kettlebell/Abmat Pushups

On the minute penalty: 10 Double unders

No part of the body may touch the ground other than toes.  Hands cup the kettlebells, chest touches the abmat, finish in full plank position.  Post time to comments

Johnny Bunn---you are a rockstar.

20:38 scaled to dumbells vs. kettlebells. I failed at no part of the body touching the floor. I was a worm today. Nonetheless, my shoulders know I had a workout.

Great job Marcy and Ken at 5:30 a.m.

19:55 Rx'd I had a really hard time washing my hair after the WOD and am finding typing this to be somewhat challengeing. My chest muscles are so spent but I did it RX'd and it only took me twice as long as tweedle dee (clark) and tweedle dumb (john)

18:38 as rx'd. My goal was less than 25 minutes, so at least I beat that! I had the exact same experience as Carey...my arms were so tired I had trouble lifting them to wash my hair or shave my arm pits, but I managed to accomplish both, thankfully!

Thank you Marcy for still managing to shave your armpits today.

Had to stay late at work again. Did the workout in my apt fitness center. Due to a lack of Dumbells or Kettle Bells had to modify to 125 hand release pushups. did the work out in 10:45.

S/S: Lunges up to 95lbs

WOD: 7:23 rx'd

Eric, after that WOD this morning, shaving my arm pits was a WOD in and of itself!
