Did it from home, so nothing to compare to :)
10:52 with 25# dumbells

2x10 presses then for max and got to 155pr

WOD 8:28 44#

3 x 10 Presses @ 50#

Then tried technique with 25# KB and felt it would be better to use a DB instead.

7:50.

Chase did a great job chasing that PR in the 11am too!!!

7:46 scaled 20# DB, great job 6:30 am group. It was lovely working out 1 hour later today!

8:39 - modified with 25lb KB on the left, but used 35lb KB on the right. Fun workout...even with the burpees!
