Started Half-Marathon training with a 4 mile run this morning and then came to the 10:00am class.
18:55 rx'd and then 15 burpees for not squatting low enough on two wall balls.

Fun times at Next Gen this morning! Today's WOD as rx'd: 16:53. I "no repped" myself about 6 or 7 times for not getting my wallballs up high enough...ugh! I got called out only onec by Eric for not squatting low enough, so no burpees, but I did a few with Drew..."just for fun"...:-)
