NextGen's New Year's Schedule:
Mon, 31st: 8am and 9am classes only
Tuesday, 1st: 5pm and 6pm classes only 

Attention:  Beginning Tuesday night, January 1st, we will be starting up a (six-session) beginners class at 7pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night.  There is no extra cost since classes are included in first months dues!  Once your six sessions are completed, you will be able to graduate into all of our regularly programmed classes.
There's never been a more cost efficient way to start CrossFit with us, so call 918-850-5069 to reserve your spot!

WOD: "Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

DSC_0067One of the funniest moments of 2012:  
The "12 Days of Christmas" classes were so full, some of the folks arriving for the second class had to warm up in the kids room and attached bathroom!  
Zero complaints, nothing but smiles and good times.  NextGen is awesome!

Wish I could go to this WOD tomorrow but class conflicts with work. WOD at home for me.

Me,again. WOD at home was four rounds for time of 60 situps, 30 squats and 15 pushups. 24:00. Steph needs and abmat now.

do NOT eat french onion soup the night before this workout. also, go to bed before 2am and the likelihood of a puke attack will be much less!!

39:25 scaled pull ups with blue band. Barbara is brutal and it was obvious I have not been eating clean. Tell my husband to keep me away from Coney Island! I felt like I had a 200# barbara on my back the whole time! Happy News Years Next Gen!!See ya next year!
