NextGen Christmas Holiday Schedule:
Mon, 24th: 8am and 9am classes only
Tuesday, 25th: Closed for Christmas!
Wednesday, 26th: 4pm and 5pm classes only 
 

“12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS”

Rep scheme follows the song: 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1 etc. Anyone wearing an ugly Christmas sweater for the duration of the WOD may subtract two minutes from their time.

1. Handstand push-up
2. Box Jumps (24"/20")
3. Thrusters (95/65)
4. Pull-ups
5. Burpees
6. Toes to Bar
7. Wallballs (20/14)
8. KB Swings (55/35)
9. Double-unders
10. Overhead Lunges (5 each side, 45/25 plate)
11. Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
12. Snatches (95/65)

No matter how much you LOVE CrossFit doing a travel WOD by yourself in your hotels fitness center sucks rotten egg nog!
Travel WOD:
AMRAP 15 mins
5 burpees
10 sit-ups
15 squats
5 push ups
Lost track of rounds due to many distractions. Then got on the treadmill and did a mall walk of incline 5.5 and speed of 4.5. My only hopes is that this burned at least on of the Yards of Beer I consumed last night.
