Missed my 530 crew this morning but I had fun working out with Mark today at 11! :) You're awesome! For some reason I cannot remember my time... but I do know my arms are shot after this week! Merry Christmas!!

Amrap (as many runs as possible) 4 hours, Bridger bowl ski area. 15 runs, 1 cup of stew, 3 beers. Rx'd.
