I have not been able to make it to workout the last 2 mornings because of work. So got home tonight and ran a 5k. My best time before this was 24:48. I ran it in 24:23. I had to do the math. That's 25 seconds faster. Hope to see everyone Thursday!!!

Kiddo was up for a couple hours last night so I slept in a tad but did manage: 2 miles/20 minutes on the elliptical, 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, 50 squats, 50 tricep dips. Shooting for 6:30 tomorrow!
